Chlorine-Free Indoor Swimming Pool Build
Our Kensington-based client needed help creating an indoor pool with a serene aquamarine water tone, and features that ensure the pool feels like a tranquil urban retreat while remaining visually cohesive with the interior architecture. The result was a bespoke-designed elegant basement pool that combines luxury with innovative design.
Bespoke Design and Expert Building
The pool features a refined level-deck edge with a bespoke double-slot drainage channel, seamlessly drawing water into the filtration system via a balance tank. This system keeps the water level consistent with the pool surround, ensuring both functionality and elegance.
Tiling was selected with a stone-effect porcelain that rises to meet a brick feature wall, creating a cohesive visual flow. To achieve the client’s preferred light green/aquamarine water colour, we integrated a Wibre RGB lighting scheme, allowing the water tone to be customised to exact specifications. A fibre optic strip along the base provides a dramatic lane-divider effect, adding both style and subtle guidance for swimmers.
The pool environment is carefully regulated using a Heatstar air handling system, which simultaneously heats the water and the pool hall air. Supply and return air grilles are discreetly concealed within the industrial beams of the vaulted ceiling.
